with all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints.

NOTICE THIS

Prayer is not the emergency button

Paul mentions at the end.

It belongs inside the whole picture

of standing firm.

Not one perfect prayer.

Many kinds of prayer.

Again and again.

For all the saints.

We often pray only when

we have run out of options.

But a hard day is not the only

time we need God’s direction.

Pray before the meeting.

Pray for the person you avoid.

Pray when someone else is struggling.

Stay awake to more than your own crisis.

Set one reminder today.

When it appears, pray for one person

by name—not just for your own needs.

Then keep going with your day.

Who can you keep before God today?
