LOOK CLOSER

Before Genesis talks about what is broken, it tells us who is first.

God is not one detail inside the story.

He is the one who begins it.

Then the chapter keeps repeating: God speaks, light appears, and order takes shape.

THE HARD PART

When life feels empty or out of order, we often start with the problem.

Genesis starts somewhere else.

It starts with God.

That does not mean every problem disappears quickly. It means chaos is not the first thing to define the story.

ONE SMALL STEP

Read Genesis 1:1 before you reach for your phone tomorrow.

Name one area of life that feels unclear or unsettled.

REFLECT

Read Genesis 1:1 before you reach for your phone tomorrow. Name one area of life that feels unclear or unsettled. What changes when you begin there: with God?
