Romans 8:28
We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose.

LOOK CLOSER
Paul says this while talking about suffering.
Not everything that happens is good.
Romans 8 says creation groans,
people groan, and even the Spirit helps us in weakness.
The promise is not that pain is secretly pleasant.
It is that pain does not get the final word.
HERE'S WHERE IT HITS HOME
We often ask,
“Why did this happen?”
Romans 8 gives a different question:
“What might God be forming in me
through this?”
The good Paul points to is not
a perfect, easy life.
It is becoming more like Christ
and being held by God's purpose.
ONE SMALL STEP
Name one hard thing you are carrying.
Do not pretend it is good.
Bring it honestly to God.
Then ask for the next faithful step,
not the whole explanation.
