2 Timothy 3:16–17
Every Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness, that each person who belongs to God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

LOOK CLOSER
Paul does not stop at “Scripture is from God.”
He explains what it does:
teaches us, exposes what is wrong,
puts us back on the right path,
and trains us to live well.
The goal is a changed life.
REAL LIFE
We often use the Bible
only when we want comfort.
But Scripture can also challenge
our excuses, correct our direction,
and teach us better habits.
That may be uncomfortable.
It is also how we grow.
