1 Peter 5:7
casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.

LOOK CLOSER
This verse is connected
to a call to humble yourself.
Handing God your worries
is not weakness.
It is admitting
that you were never meant
to carry everything alone.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
We may say, "God, I trust you,"
then keep replaying the problem
all night.
The worry comes back
because the situation is still real.
But each return
can become another moment
to hand it back to God.
ONE SMALL STEP
Name one worry
that keeps circling in your mind.
Tell God exactly what it is.
Then take the next honest step
without carrying the whole outcome.
