Proverbs 22:6
Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.

NOTICE THE WORD
The verse says train, not control.
Training takes time.
It uses repetition, example, correction, and patience.
A parent cannot choose every decision an adult child will make.
But early patterns can stay with us.
REAL LIFE
Children learn more than our instructions.
They watch how we speak when stressed.
How we treat people who cannot help us.
How we handle mistakes.
How we make room for God.
The lesson is often caught before it is taught.
ONE SMALL STEP
Choose one habit to model today.
A calm apology.
A short prayer.
An honest answer.
A kind response when nobody is impressed.
REFLECT
What is one good pattern you hope a child will remember from you?
