LOOK CLOSER

The command starts with one word: remember.

Sabbath is not only about stopping work.

It is about setting a day apart for God.

The next verses connect this rest

to God's work in creation.

THE HARD PART

Most weeks teach us to keep producing.

More tasks. More messages. More noise.

A holy pause says your value

does not come from your output.

You can stop without falling behind God.

ONE SMALL STEP

Choose one quiet hour this week.

Put work and notifications aside.

Read Exodus 20:8–11 slowly.

Let the pause remind you who gives life.
