2 John 1:6
This is love, that we should walk according to his commandments. This is the commandment, even as you heard from the beginning, that you should walk in it.

LOVE HAS A PATH
John does not define love as a feeling here.
He gives it a direction: walk according to God's commands.
The command is not new.
Love one another was there from the beginning.
Love is not only what we say.
It is the way we keep going.
THIS GETS PRACTICAL
Love can sound warm and still stay vague.
This verse makes it visible.
Tell the truth. Keep your word. Choose patience.
Not to earn God's love.
Because his love teaches us how to walk.
Small choices reveal which path we are taking.
ONE SMALL STEP
Choose one loving action you already know is right.
Do it before the day gets busy.
Let love become a path, not just a feeling.
