2 Corinthians 10:5
throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,

NOTICE THE PICTURE
Just before this verse, Paul says
his weapons are not human weapons.
So the fight is not against people.
It is against ideas
that stand against knowing God.
He pictures a stronghold coming down
and a thought led away like a prisoner.
WHAT WE USUALLY DO
When a thought starts to run,
we often fight it alone.
We push it down.
We scroll until we forget it.
Paul does not say: stop thinking.
He says: bring the thought to Christ.
Not an empty mind.
A mind handed over.
TRY THIS TODAY
Pick one thought that keeps coming back.
Name it in one short sentence.
Then bring it to Jesus.
Ask: is this true?
Ask: does this lead me to obey him?
Try it once today.
