Proverbs 16:3

LOOK CLOSER

This is not a promise

that every plan will work.

Proverbs 16 keeps returning

to the limits of human planning.

We can choose our direction.

God sees where it leads.

REAL LIFE

We often commit the result

before we commit the work.

We want the answer,

the approval,

the finished version.

This verse starts earlier:

bring the actual task to God

before you know how it ends.

ONE SMALL STEP

Choose one task on your list.

Offer the work to God.

Do the next honest step

without pretending

you control the outcome.
