Confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective.

PRAYER IN EVERY SEASON
James speaks to people who are suffering, sick, joyful, and struggling.
His answer is not silence or isolation.
It is honest prayer within the community.
The next verses point to Elijah.
He was human like us, yet he prayed with faith.
WHEN YOU FEEL ALONE
Some burdens grow heavier in secret.
You may feel ashamed to ask for help.
You may think your prayers are too small.
God can meet us through honest confession,
faithful prayer, and people who care.
BRING ONE THING INTO THE LIGHT
Tell God the truth about one burden today.
Ask one trusted believer to pray with you.
Then keep praying, even before you see change.
Faithful prayer can open a way forward.
