Psalms 55:22
Cast your burden on Yahweh and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved.

LOOK CLOSER
This verse comes from a prayer under pressure.
The psalmist has been describing betrayal by a close friend.
The answer is not pretending the pain is small.
It is placing the weight with God.
REAL LIFE
Some burdens are too heavy to solve in one day.
A hard conversation.
A family worry.
A decision you cannot control.
You can name the weight honestly.
Then you can stop carrying it alone.
ONE SMALL STEP
Name one burden before God today.
Do not hide it.
Do not rehearse it all day.
Give it to him in prayer, one piece at a time.
